WELCOME TO MY CORNER OF THE INTERNET

For a long time, I believed becoming myself meant improving myself. Learning more. Fixing more. Becoming more.
Somewhere along the way I started wondering if the opposite might be true.
Maybe becoming yourself isn’t about adding anything at all.
Maybe it’s about uncovering the person who was there before the world told you who you should be.
That’s what my work is really about.
Every shirt is painted by hand. Each one is like a page from my sketchbook - a small exploration of curiosity, symbolism, and what it feels like to come home to yourself. I like that someone else gets to wear the things I’ve been wondering about.

I don’t think a shirt can change who you are.
​
But I do think art can quietly remind us of something we’ve known all along.
​
I hope everything I create, encourages you to be a little more yourself. To trust your own curiosity, follow what makes you feel alive, and spend more time appreciating the beautiful creature you already are than wishing you were someone different.

Because I don’t think belonging comes from fitting in.

Every time I wear my one-of-a-kind kristy original, it feels like a warm hug from a sweet friend. Like being wrapped in layers of creativity and connection. I wear it when i’m feeling inspired or need a reminder of the creativity that connects us.

I’m so glad I bought this shirt; it’s a conversation magnet. People instantly notice that it’s handmade and unique. Every time I wear it, the indigo and soft copper colours catch someone’s attention. All kinds of folks have stopped me, curious about the image, which actually wraps around the shirt, and takes a second look to figure out the design. I love watching folks smile once they realize it’s a snail - especially at the gym ;) I have been wearing it constantly and washing it a lot, and I am seriously impressed by how well the colour is holding up—it still looks brand new. Just in case though, I’m buying another one!

My unicorn tee is my favourite shirt to wear! I like being my true, one in a billion self and Kristy’s art collection does that. The fact that this is a talented persons unique handmade art piece makes me feel so special wearing it. On top of that, one of the best parts of my Uni-Tee (as I have started calling it) is the way people light up when they see it. It’s subtle enough to get a bubbly response when people discover what they are looking at. Honestly someone boisterously complimented me within the first 10 minutes of wearing my Unicorn. 🥰

I’ll carefully wash, fold, and package your shirt in my home studio. Horatio supervises.

Shipping within Canada and the US is included in the price. International shipping is an additional $30 CAD.
Every order includes tracking, and I’ll carefully package your shirt from my home studio.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
I want you to love your shirt. If there’s a problem with your order, please let me know within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Wash inside out.
Cold water.
Hang dry if possible.
Every bleach shirt softens and changes a little as it’s lived in.
