About This Website

This website is owned and operated by Kristy Lannan, a Canadian artist creating and selling original wearable art.

These Terms & Conditions apply to this website, its content, and any products or services offered through it.

Using This Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.

Handmade Artwork

Every shirt is individually created by hand using my own bleach-painting process.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and finish are part of the artwork and make every piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.

While I do my best to photograph my work as accurately as possible, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in the currency shown on this website.

Product availability, pricing, and product descriptions may change without notice.

Although I make every effort to ensure information on this website is accurate, occasional errors may occur. If an error affects your order, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options, including a refund if appropriate.

Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments and may also be processed through trusted payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, depending on the payment method selected.

I do not store your complete credit card information.

If I am unable to fulfill an order for any reason, I will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been made.

Shipping, delivery estimates, exchanges, and refund policies are described in my separate Shipping & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
