Hearts have been showing up in my work a lot lately—because honestly, mine’s been going through it. It’s been a long time since I let my heart run wild the way I have recently. And when it cracked open this time, it didn’t feel like the sweet crushes of younger years. I’m not that young anymore. I’ve been through things. I’ve done healing. And I know now that love—real love—lives in a body. It pulses, it breaks, it rebuilds. It’s not a symbol, it’s an organ. It’s not pink and playful, it’s fuchsia and fierce. So this heart isn’t drawn like a cartoon. It’s anatomical. Veiny. Real. Still a little magical—but magical because it’s honest. Because it dares to exist exactly as it is. This one’s for the big-hearted. The ones whose tenderness isn’t weakness—it’s proof of survival.

❓ Is this shirt one-of-a-kind?

Yes. I bleach them all by hand. They’re a little chaotic, a little soulful, and completely unique. Like you.

 

❓ What size should I get?

They tend to fit like typical unisex sizes. But if you are unsure: Size up! I wear mine loose, like wearable billboards. That way the image flows, and I don’t feel squeezed by capitalism or cotton.

 

❓ What comes with the shirt?

Love. Some handmade stickers, a booklet with Certificate of Authenticity, my story about it, and care instructions.  Probably a dog hair (sorry). 

 

❓ Can I wash it?

Yep. Each piece is washed, dried, and heat-set before it leaves my hands. Bleach designs are permanent. Just wash cold and hang dry if you want it to last a long, weirdly beautiful life.

 

❓ Why is it $85?

Because this is wearable art — not fast fashion. Each one takes time, intention, and risk. No two are alike. You’re not just buying a shirt; you’re investing in a piece of art you can live inside of.

 

❓ Can I return it?

❓ What size is the model?

Did you just call me a model? Blush. I’m 5’2” and usually wear a Small in unisex shirts (which these are). But for this wearable art, I like to go big. Makes me feel like a walking canvas. Oversized is the move.

 

❓ Can I get a custom shirt?

Maybe. There’s a form on the shop page where you can suggest a design — or just email me if you’ve got a wild idea. I can’t promise I’ll say yes (each shirt has to feel right), but I love hearing sparks of inspiration.

 

❓ Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes! Shipping within Canada and the US is included in the $85 price.

International orders ship at a flat rate of $30 — it helps cover the cost of sending these heavy travelers across the ocean without surprises at checkout.

 

❓ Is it really worth $85?
