One-of-a-kind bleach-painted T-shirt, featuring an all-seeing eye cradled inside the folds of a blooming rose. This one feels mysterious—like a symbol pulled from somewhere deep and half-forgotten. Protective, poetic, and just a little eerie.
Painted on a Gildan Heavy Cotton (G5000) black tee
Size: Medium
Fabric: 100% cotton
Washed and heat-set

Thank you for being an early supporter of these experiments. Each shirt is made by hand, with bleach, stubbornness, and a little bit of magic.
Wear it when you need to see more clearly—or be seen.
Eye of the Bloom (M)
This piece carries something close to my core.
“Eye of the Bloom” is a personal symbol — one I’ve been drawing for years, long before it ever appeared on fabric. It’s shown up in my paintings, my journals, my dreams.
A rose with an eye at its center — beauty watching back.
To me, it represents both the ethereal and the mortal. It’s a reminder that everything can be a mirror. Everything can be a message. Even the things we think we already understand.
If the beauty of a rose looked back at you — what would you feel?
Some days, this symbol speaks to self-love.
Other days, it reminds me that all things bloom, and all things fade.
It holds both truths at once.
Worn on your back, it becomes a signal — a mark of perception, depth, and complexity.
A quiet declaration: I am art. I see. And I am willing to be seen.
So you found a shirt that whispered something to you. Cool.
Let’s make sure you and your new wearable art become fast friends.
❓ Is this shirt one-of-a-kind?
Yes. I bleach them all by hand. They’re a little chaotic, a little soulful, and completely unique. Like you.
❓ What size should I get?
They tend to fit like typical unisex sizes. But if you are unsure: Size up! I wear mine loose, like wearable billboards. That way the image flows, and I don’t feel squeezed by capitalism or cotton.
❓ What comes with the shirt?
Love. Some handmade stickers, a booklet with Certificate of Authenticity, my story about it, and care instructions. Probably a dog hair (sorry).
❓ Can I wash it?
Yep. Each piece is washed, dried, and heat-set before it leaves my hands. Bleach designs are permanent. Just wash cold and hang dry if you want it to last a long, weirdly beautiful life.
❓ Why is it $85?
Because this is wearable art — not fast fashion. Each one takes time, intention, and risk. No two are alike. You’re not just buying a shirt; you’re investing in a piece of art you can live inside of.
❓ Can I return it?
Nope. All sales are final. These shirts are one-of-a-kind, made by hand, and full of soul — just like you. That said, if it arrives damaged or doesn’t look the way you expected, email me at hello@kristylannan.com and I’ll try to make it right. I want you to feel good wearing your weird.
❓ What size is the model?
Did you just call me a model? Blush. I’m 5’2” and usually wear a Small in unisex shirts (which these are). But for this wearable art, I like to go big. Makes me feel like a walking canvas. Oversized is the move.
❓ Can I get a custom shirt?
Maybe. There’s a form on the shop page where you can suggest a design — or just email me if you’ve got a wild idea. I can’t promise I’ll say yes (each shirt has to feel right), but I love hearing sparks of inspiration.
❓ Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes! Shipping within Canada and the US is included in the $85 price.
International orders ship at a flat rate of $30 — it helps cover the cost of sending these heavy travelers across the ocean without surprises at checkout.
❓ Is it really worth $85?
Only if you believe in slow, soulful things. This isn’t a mass-produced shirt — it’s a fragment of my art practice, made wearable. It carries story, accident, and rebellion in every fiber. If you’re looking for perfect, head to the mall. If you’re looking for something alive, you’re in the right place.
